IP Transport & Security Associate Specialist (Qatari Only)
Duty objective:
IP transportation & Security Associate Expert will certainly be part of Network procedures facility (NOC) front office team responsible for 24X7 surveillance of Mobile and taken care of network elements. He/she will certainly be accountable in sustaining L2 designers for occurrence management relevant to IP transportation domain name, escalate to next level for resolution after carrying out basic predefined troubleshooting techniques and prepare basic health checks as well as KPI records.

Responsible for 24X7 tracking of IP transportation & Protection network on shift basis with three 8 hrs change daily
Ensure that problem tickets (TT) are elevated based on the agreed SLAs and also execute standard problem capturing based on the specified procedure.
Remove KPIs and wellness check reports of IP domain names occasionally and as component of change management/event administration and execute standard evaluation
Adhere to with 3rd parties and supporting vendors as component of case resolution as well as guarantee that the SLAs are undamaged with them.
Assistance L2 engineers for end-to-end Occurrence administration for IP domain name lined up with ITIL process.
