Role Summary
The Program Manager plans, coordinates, and monitors IT programmes to ensure structured delivery aligned with the client governance processes and end-to-end delivery methodology.
Key Responsibilities- Support planning and execution across multiple concurrent IT programmes.
- Monitor programme progress against plans, timelines, and priorities.
- Prepare governance materials and management reporting.
- Track risks, issues, dependencies, and escalation actions.
- Coordinate with IT delivery teams to ensure compliance with the end-to-end delivery methodology and quality gates.
- Minimum 7 years' experience in programme or project management.
- Strong knowledge of project delivery methodologies and governance frameworks.
- Hands‑on Service Now SPM experience.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or MSP certification is advantageous.
- Programmes delivered in accordance with agreed plans.
- Risks and dependencies proactively managed and escalated.
- Governance forums supported with complete and timely reporting.
- Programme artefacts (Activity Charters, Execution Plans, SDDs, Project Closure Documents) delivered in accordance with the IT PMO E2E Delivery Methodology.
