Responsible for managing and overseeing the Oracle HCM Application. The Function HR Consultant Lead handles all HR‑related issues, enhancements, changes, and support. The resource translates business requirements into solutions, prepares technical specifications, codes, tests, debugs, and documents software programs of varying complexity following predefined standards and best practices.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Provide technical and functional support for Oracle EBS 12.2.8.
  • Document code consistently throughout the development and enhancement process.
  • Maintain extensive documentation for the project.
  • Design solutions based on business requirements and user specifications.
  • Review technical solutions and interface at an intermediate level with business users during design, development, and testing.
  • Review, fix, enhance, and develop code.
  • Provide production support as needed.
  • Create FSG XML and Discoverer reports, Forms, OAF pages, alerts, and workflow development and maintenance.
  • Develop PLSQL scripts and queries on an ad‑hoc and regular basis.
  • Perform forms personalization and OAF development/customization.
  • Handle data conversion, migration, report generation, and develop interfaces across Oracle modules.
  • Develop technical design documents (MD070, TE020, CV050, MD0120) and other migration documentation.
  • Tune performance and manage SLA/secondment contract issues.
  • Report performance of the outsourcing team and update modules.

Required knowledge and experience:

  • Understanding of ERP functions and technology.
  • Knowledge of functional configuration of ERP.
  • Ability to implement business requirements into ERP solutions.
  • Strong functional and technical experience in Oracle Core HR, SSHR Payroll, Absence, Time Labour, Talent Management, Benefits, and Compensation.
  • Experience implementing and supporting Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, SSHR Payroll, Absence, Talent Management, Compensation, and Benefits).
  • Client‑facing experience and participation in requirements gathering, product workshops, demos, CRP, and UAT.
  • Excellent documentation, presentation, customer handling, problem solving, and solution skills.
  • Experience with Oracle Forms, Reports, Workflow, and SOA Suite/Fusion.
  • Post‑qualification experience of 8 years on Oracle EBS R12.

Additional expectations:

  • Must be proficient with FSG XML and Discoverer reports.
  • Must be knowledgeable in PLSQL for developing scripts and queries.
  • Must be competent in Forms personalization and OAF development.
  • Expertise in data conversion, migration, report generation, and interfaces across Oracle modules.
  • Expertise in developing technical design documents and migration documentation.
  • Strong performance tuning ability.
  • Managerial responsibilities include managing SLA issues and reporting outsourcing team performance.

Overall, the incumbent will be responsible for all Oracle ERP modules implemented within the company and should ensure high‑quality technical solutions and support.
