Cybersecurity Proposal & Pre-Sales Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a Cybersecurity Proposal Pre‑Sales Specialist to support the end‑to‑end development of technical proposals, RFP, RFI, RFQ responses, and tender submissions. The role focuses on analyzing customer requirements, preparing compliant technical documentation, and coordinating with internal SMEs and technology partners to deliver high‑quality cybersecurity proposals.

• Analyze RFPs, RFIs, RFQs and tender documents to identify technical and compliance requirements.
• Prepare and review technical proposals, Statements of Work (SOW), compliance matrices and solution documentation.
• Coordinate with cybersecurity SMEs, solution architects, delivery teams and vendors to gather technical inputs.
• Maintain proposal templates, content libraries, and reusable response repositories.
• Ensure proposal quality, accuracy, compliance, and on‑time submission.
• Support solution scoping, BOQ preparation, and technical presentations when required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, Engineering or a related field.
• 5‑8 years of experience in cybersecurity pre‑sales, proposal writing, bid management, technical consulting or security operations/GRC roles.
• Strong experience responding to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.
• Good understanding of cybersecurity domains such as SOC, SIEM, IAM, PAM, GRC, DLP, EDR and Network Security.
• Excellent technical writing and documentation skills in English.
• Knowledge of frameworks such as ISO
  27001, NIST or NCA/NIA cybersecurity standards is preferred.
