TRT in Doha, Qatar, is seeking an IT support professional to handle incident tickets for routers and switches, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and deliver remote and onsite support. You will document resolutions and contribute to TRT's knowledge base, ensuring SLA adherence and timely escalations where needed.
The role requires 3–5 years of IT hardware break-fix and software resolution experience, plus business-level English (B1–B2).
