Job Description – IT & Digital Transformation Manager
Position: IT & Digital Transformation Manager
Department: Information Technology
Employment Type: Full-Time
We are seeking an experienced and strategic IT & Digital Transformation Manager to lead the organization's technology operations and digital transformation initiatives across multiple business units and international offices. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the Group's IT strategy, managing enterprise infrastructure, strengthening cybersecurity, implementing innovative digital solutions, and driving operational excellence through emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), automation, and smart construction platforms.
Key ResponsibilitiesTechnology Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute the Group's IT strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Lead enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives across all business units.
- Develop annual IT budgets, technology roadmaps, and investment plans.
- Evaluate emerging technologies to improve operational efficiency and business performance.
- Manage corporate IT infrastructure including servers, networks, cloud environments, telecommunications, and end-user computing.
- Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of all critical business systems.
- Standardize IT infrastructure across international offices and project sites.
- Oversee backup solutions, disaster recovery planning, and business continuity programs.
- Develop, implement, and maintain cybersecurity policies and security frameworks.
- Manage endpoint protection, firewalls, identity and access management, and network security.
- Coordinate penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, and remediation activities.
- Lead cyber incident response and recovery efforts.
- Conduct cybersecurity awareness and end-user training programs.
- Manage and optimize enterprise business applications including:
- Microsoft 365
- ERP Systems
- Document Management Systems (DMS)
- CRM Platforms
- Business Intelligence Solutions
- Construction Project Management Software
- Ensure seamless integration, performance, and user adoption across business systems.
- Support implementation and integration of:
- Building Information Modeling (BIM)
- Digital Project Controls
- Mobile Field Reporting Solutions
- Drone & Reality Capture Technologies
- IoT and Smart Construction Solutions
- Digital QA/QC Systems
- Collaborate with engineering and project teams to improve digital project delivery.
- Identify and implement AI-driven solutions to improve business processes.
- Lead initiatives involving:
- Document Automation
- Knowledge Management
- Proposal Generation
- Contract Analysis
- Predictive Reporting
- AI Assistants
- Workflow Automation
- Promote innovation through emerging technologies and intelligent automation.
- Manage relationships with external IT vendors and service providers.
- Negotiate software licensing, hardware procurement, and support contracts.
- Monitor vendor performance and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Evaluate and recommend new technology solutions.
- Develop and maintain IT governance frameworks, policies, and standards.
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, privacy, and data protection regulations.
- Maintain software licensing compliance and technology documentation.
- Support ISO 27001 and other relevant compliance initiatives.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the internal IT team.
- Coordinate external consultants and technology partners.
- Foster a high-performance, service-oriented technology culture.
- Support continuous learning and professional development within the IT function.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8–15 years of progressive IT experience.
- Minimum 5 years in an IT leadership or management role.
- Experience supporting multi-site or international business operations.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
- Strong networking, infrastructure, and systems administration expertise.
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
- Experience implementing and supporting ERP systems.
- Excellent project management, analytical, and communication skills.
