Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager (Cybersecurity) to lead and deliver enterprise cybersecurity initiatives across multiple business, IT and OT technology domains. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex cybersecurity projects, coordinating cross‑functional teams, aligning cybersecurity project requirements, and ensuring the successful implementation of cybersecurity solutions and processes in compliance with project requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Project Management: lead end‑to‑end delivery of cybersecurity projects from initiation through closure, including test and commissioning; track milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues; provide regular status reporting; ensure delivery on time, within scope, budget, and quality.
- Cybersecurity Leadership: drive implementation of solutions such as:
- Security Incident and Event Management (SIEM)
- Privilege Access Management (PAM)
- Endpoint Security (XDR)
- Web Security Gateway (Proxy)
- Email Security Gateway (SEG)
- OT/IoT Intrusion Detection System
- Network Access Control (NAC) – OT, IoT and IT compatible
- Network Detection and Response (NDR)
- Centralized Network Monitoring
- IT and OT Patch Management
- Deception Technology
- Vulnerability Management
- Security Orchestration, Automation & Response (SOAR) & Threat Intelligence
- Sandboxing
- Secure Configuration Management & File Integrity Monitoring
- Ticketing and Asset Management
- Single Unified Platform for Integrated Visualization, Analytics and Orchestration (Dashboard, workflow)
- Bi‑annual Security Assessment (Grey Box & Black Box Testing)
- Stakeholder Management: act as liaison between internal teams, subcontractors/vendors, and end customers; translate technical concepts into business‑friendly language for senior management.
- Risk, Compliance & Governance: identify, assess, and manage risks; align solutions with regulatory and compliance requirements; support audit activities and remediation programs.
- Vendor & Resource Management: manage third‑party security vendors, consultants, and implementation partners; monitor performance, contract deliverables and project outcomes; coordinate internal and external resources.
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Master’s degree (preferred).
- Certification:
- PMP (Project Management Professional).
- CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional).
- 10+ years in cybersecurity.
- 5+ years managing cybersecurity projects.
- Experience managing budgets, timelines, and cross‑functional teams in large‑scale projects.
- Strong understanding of:
- Cybersecurity frameworks and standards such as NCSA, QCF 2022 and IEC 62443.
- Network security architectures.
- Cloud platforms (Azure, Google Cloud).
- Security operations and incident response.
- Identity and Access Management solutions.
- Vulnerability management platforms.
- Threat detection and monitoring technologies.
- Security compliance and regulatory requirements.
Expert knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
