Oracle EBS HCM – Functional Consultant (Arabic)

Contract duration: 12 months. Salary: QAR 21000.

• Minimum 8+ years of experience with Oracle EBS HCM modules
• Proficient in Arabic
• Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS HCM modules:
  Time and Labor, Human Resources, Succession Planning, Payroll, Self‑Service Human Resources, Learning Management, iRecruitment, Performance Management
• Experience with documentation methodologies (OUM/AIM)

• Work with SAP business users and SAP IT staff to understand business requirements for new application development and improvements to existing applications.
• Perform analysis to obtain functional specifications and requirements from business users and collaborate with technical support consultants to transform these into clear, concise technical specifications.
• Provide functional support and enhancements for SAP mobile applications.
• Support integration and interfaces with other SAP systems.
• Support Bl developers in designing, developing, amending, and enhancing Bl reports.
• Support Oracle ERP technical consultants in designing, developing, amending, and enhancing ERP components.
• Conduct on‑job training sessions for SAP staff covering all modules.
• Maintain complete documentation and knowledge sharing with SAP staff for all functional support activities.
• Participate in the testing process and apply functional testing concepts to developed or enhanced programs.
• Meet regularly with technical support consultants to manage work plans and deliverables, and obtain status updates on ongoing development.
• Raise awareness of risks/issues requiring mitigation, escalation, and resolution.
