Job De ion Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong working knowledge of change management methods, stakeholder engagement, communications, adoption, and readiness practices
  • Practical experience developing change plans, communication plans, stakeholder maps, training plans, and adoption approaches
  • Working knowledge of data governance, data quality, data ownership, data stewardship, metadata, reporting, analytics, and data literacy concepts
  • Ability to translate technical or governance changes into clear business impacts, user behaviors, and role expectations
  • Strong facilitation skills for workshops, awareness sessions, training sessions, and stakeholder discussions
  • Strong written communication skills for executive messages, user communications, FAQs, guides, training materials, and adoption updates
  • Ability to identify change impacts across roles, processes, decision points, tools, responsibilities, and ways of working
  • Practical experience managing resistance, adoption risks, stakeholder concerns, and communication gaps
  • Ability to design user-friendly training and enablement materials for business and operational users
  • Ability to work with senior leaders, middle managers, frontline users, data owners, data stewards, and technical teams
  • Working knowledge of adoption measurement, feedback collection, readiness assessment, and benefit reinforcement
  • Ability to simplify data concepts for non-technical audiences
  • Strong coordination and stakeholder follow-up skills
Responsibilities
  • Lead change management planning for data-related initiatives
  • Identify impacted stakeholder groups, roles, behaviors, responsibilities, and ways of working
  • Assess change impacts related to data ownership, governance, quality, reporting, metadata, data platforms, analytics, or AI adoption
  • Develop communication plans, engagement approaches, training plans, and readiness materials
  • Create clear messages that explain why the change matters, what is changing, who is impacted, and what users need to do differently
  • Design and deliver awareness sessions, training sessions, workshops, and adoption activities
  • Support data owners, stewards, and business users in understanding their data responsibilities
  • Support adoption of data governance processes, data quality practices, data tools, dashboards, catalogs, scorecards, or operational workflows
  • Identify resistance, adoption risks, communication gaps, and training needs
  • Measure adoption progress through feedback, participation, usage, readiness, or behavior indicators
  • Work with project, governance, data quality, and Data Ops teams to prepare users for go-live and operational transition
  • Support hypercare, post-go-live adoption, and reinforcement activities
  • Prepare change reports, adoption summaries, training materials, feedback logs, and lessons learned
  • Help embed sustainable data behaviors into business-as-usual operations
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Digital Transformation, or a related discipline.
  • Master's degree in Organizational Change, Business Administration, Digital Transformation, Human Resources, or related discipline is desirable.
  • Arabic and English are mandatory.
  • 4–8+ years of experience in change management, stakeholder engagement, communication, training, adoption, business readiness, organizational transformation, or digital transformation.
  • Experience supporting data, analytics, governance, data quality, reporting, AI, or technology-enabled change is preferred.
Preferred Certifications Include
  • Prosci Change Management Certification
  • Certified Change Management Professional, CCMP, from ACMP
  • Change Management Foundation / Practitioner where relevant
  • DAMA CDMP Associate or data literacy / data governance training where relevant
  • Agile, Scrum, or product management certification where relevant
  • Training, facilitation, or instructional design certification where relevant
