Madre Integrated Engineering is seeking an On-Site IT Support Engineer to provide hands-on technical support for users at the assigned location. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and peripherals, install and configure devices, and perform system imaging and upgrades.
You will manage IT assets throughout their lifecycle, update tickets with detailed technical notes, assist during meetings/events, and coordinate with Helpdesk and infrastructure teams to resolve escalated issues
