Overview
The Business/System Analyst will serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team, analyzing requirements, defining solutions, and ensuring that the final system meets organizational objectives.

- Elicit, document, and validate business requirements using industry best practices.
- Analyze existing systems and propose improvements for efficiency and scalability.
- Collaborate with development teams to translate requirements into functional specifications.
- Develop business process models, workflows, and system use cases.
- Support testing, UAT, and implementation to ensure requirements are met.
- Act as the bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business and systems analysis.
- Strong skills in requirements elicitation, documentation, and modeling.
- Candidates must be currently residing in Qatar.
- PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA)
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP – IIBA)
- Agile Analysis Certification
