We are seeking an experienced Hybrid & Infrastructure Cloud Services Engineer to support, manage, and enhance enterprise infrastructure environments across on-premises and cloud platforms. The role involves administration, troubleshooting, automation, virtualization, cloud services, backup solutions, and disaster recovery activities. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Microsoft infrastructure, virtualization technologies, cloud platforms, automation, and enterprise server environments, with the ability to support complex technical operations and improve infrastructure reliability.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and support Microsoft infrastructure services, including Active Directory, SCCM, ADFS, and SCVMM.
- Administer and troubleshoot VMware environments, including VMware ESXi 7.0+, vCenter, and Site Recovery Manager (SRM).
- Support Microsoft Hyper-V virtualization platforms.
- Manage and maintain backup solutions, including Veeam Backup Administration.
- Provide support for SQL environments and clustering technologies.
- Perform Linux administration activities across Red Hat Enterprise Linux and Ubuntu environments.
- Support hybrid cloud environments, including Microsoft Azure, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Terraform, and Express Route connectivity.
- Implement and support automation solutions using scripting and Dev Ops practices.
- Develop and maintain scripts using CLI and Power Shell to improve operational efficiency.
- Support business continuity initiatives, including planning, execution, and management of disaster recovery solutions.
- Manage and troubleshoot enterprise server infrastructure, including HPE/Dell servers, iLO/iDRAC, and HPE One View.
- Diagnose and resolve complex operating system, application service, and infrastructure-related issues.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and architecture diagrams using tools such as Microsoft Visio.
- Support Disaster Recovery (DR) activities, including DR planning, documentation, enhancements, and participation in DR drill exercises.
- Proven experience in enterprise infrastructure support and administration.
- Strong knowledge of:
Active Directory, SCCM, ADFS, SCVMM. - VMware ESXi 7.0+, vCenter, SRM.
- Microsoft Hyper-V.
- Veeam Backup Administration.
- Red Hat and Ubuntu Linux administration.
- Microsoft Azure cloud services, AKS, Terraform, and Express Route connectivity.
- Experience with automation tools, scripting, and Dev Ops principles.
- Strong Power Shell and command-line scripting skills.
- Experience supporting HPE/Dell server platforms and hardware management tools.
- Understanding of SQL environments and clustering concepts.
- Hands‑on experience with Disaster Recovery planning and execution.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure and operating system issues.
- Strong documentation skills, including technical procedures and architecture diagrams.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with technical and business teams.
- Experience working in enterprise‑scale hybrid infrastructure environments.
- Good communication skills with a focus on service quality and continuous improvement.
Pay: QAR6,000.00 - QAR8,000.00 per hour
