The Technical Lead will provide technical leadership across development teams, ensuring scalable architecture, best practices, and alignment with enterprise strategy.

• Lead the design and development of large-scale, secure, and reliable solutions.
• Define system architecture, technical roadmaps, and integration strategies.
• Mentor development teams and enforce coding standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and enterprise architects to align technology with business objectives.
• Conduct technical reviews and provide guidance during project execution.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture frameworks.
• Oversee and guide hands-on development in Laravel (PHP), MySQL, and React, ensuring efficient backend and frontend integration.
• Drive optimization and performance tuning for high-traffic applications.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
• 7+ years of experience in software design, architecture, and leadership.
• Strong expertise in Laravel (PHP), MySQL, and React.
• Experience with cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Dev Ops practices, and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Candidates must be currently residing in Qatar.

• Microsoft Certified:
  Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305)
• TOGAF (Enterprise Architecture)
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
