Job Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across search, social media, email, and display channels.
- Manage paid campaigns using Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Eurostaffs Ads.
- Optimize website traffic, lead generation, and appointment bookings.
- Implement SEO, content marketing, and email marketing strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance using GA4, Looker Studio, and CRM platforms.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance and conversions.
- Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to deliver engaging marketing campaigns.
- Prepare performance reports and recommend optimization strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in Health Tech, SaaS, healthcare, or technology.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Eurostaffs Ads, and SEO.
- Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and CRM platforms.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Experience with Hub Spot, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, Word Press, and landing page optimization.
- Experience working in Agile or startup environments.
