Information Technology Support Engineer

We are looking for a proactive EUC L1 to provide first-line end-user support while assisting with network operations in an enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in desktop support, hardware troubleshooting, Microsoft technologies, and basic network administration. This role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced onsite environment.

• Provide Level 1 onsite and remote technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows 10/11 operating systems.
• Support Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and One Drive.
• Configure user accounts, passwords, and permissions in Active Directory.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot software applications.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware issues or coordinate hardware replacements.
• Perform imaging, deployment, and setup of new devices.
• Support meeting room technologies, video conferencing systems, and peripheral devices.
• Log, update, and resolve incidents using the ITSM ticketing system while meeting SLA requirements.
• Escalate complex issues to Level 2/Level 3 support when required.

• Assist with monitoring and maintaining LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi infrastructure.
• Perform basic configuration and troubleshooting of Cisco switches, routers, and wireless access points.
• Support VLAN configuration and basic routing and switching tasks.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues, including DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and VPN.
• Assist with patching network ports and cable management.
• Monitor network devices and report incidents proactively.
• Support network installations, moves, adds, and changes.
• Maintain network documentation and inventory records.

• 2–5 years of experience in EUC/Desktop Support and basic Network Support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 administration.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Active Directory.
• Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and network fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco switches, routers, and wireless access points.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools such as Service Now, Jira, or Manage Engine.
• Basic knowledge of printer support and peripheral troubleshooting.
• Strong hardware diagnostics and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent certification.
• CCNA certification is highly preferred.
• ITIL Foundation certification is an advantage.
