We are currently seeking an experienced Head of IT / IT Manager to join our organization as part of our continued digital transformation and business growth. This role is responsible for leading the company's IT operations, enterprise systems, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and digital initiatives while ensuring technology solutions effectively support business objectives across multiple business units.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the overall IT function, including IT infrastructure, ERP systems, Oracle E-Business Suite, business applications, POS systems, cybersecurity, and end-user support.
- Develop and implement the organization's IT strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and digital transformation initiatives.
- Oversee the administration, enhancement, and support of Oracle EBS, ERP modules, enterprise applications, and system integrations across departments.
- Manage IT projects, system upgrades, vendor relationships, cybersecurity initiatives, disaster recovery planning, and IT governance while ensuring high system availability, performance, and security.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify technology solutions, improve operational efficiency, automate business processes, and support strategic decision-making.
- Lead and develop the IT team, ensuring excellent service delivery, compliance with IT policies, and continuous improvement of technology services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive IT experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Strong experience managing ERP systems, preferably Oracle E-Business Suite (Oracle EBS), enterprise applications, and IT infrastructure.
- Proven knowledge of IT operations, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, network administration, system integration, disaster recovery, and vendor management.
- Excellent leadership, project management, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to lead digital transformation initiatives.
