Job Type - 12 months & extendable

They are looking for an experienced Core Banking Data Migration Lead to join a large-scale banking transformation program in Doha. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in end-to-end core banking data migration
, with hands-on experience leading complex migration initiatives for banking platforms.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, managing, and executing data migration activities while ensuring data integrity, quality, and successful delivery within project timelines.

• Lead end-to-end data migration activities for Core Banking transformation projects.
• Define migration strategy, planning, execution, validation, and reconciliation processes.
• Collaborate with business, technology, and vendor teams to ensure seamless migration.
• Analyze source and target data models and define mapping and transformation rules.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance throughout the migration lifecycle.
• Identify migration risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Lead migration rehearsals, mock migrations, cutover planning, and production go-live.
• Coordinate with testing teams during SIT, UAT, and production deployment.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor project teams during migration activities.

• Its better to have IT experience, with significant experience in banking technology.
• Proven expertise in Core Banking Data Migration

• Successfully delivered at least three (3) Core Banking Data Migration projects in a leadership or key migration role.
• A combination of 2 end-to-end implementation projects and 1 production support/upgrade project is also acceptable.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
