A reputed organization in Doha, Qatar is seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Infrastructure & Support Engineer to join its enterprise IT team. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with extensive experience in Microsoft 365 administration, Windows Server infrastructure, enterprise identity management, virtualization, and end-user support. Candidates who can join immediately or within 30 days are highly preferred.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing Microsoft 365 services, enterprise infrastructure, identity and access management, messaging platforms, virtualization, and endpoint management while ensuring the stability, security, and performance of the organization’s IT environment. • Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 services across the enterprise.
• Manage Windows Server 2019 and Windows Server 2022 environments.
• Configure and maintain Active Directory and Microsoft Entra  (Azure AD).
• Support Exchange Online and Exchange On‑Premises environments.
• Administer Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and One Drive services.
• Manage Microsoft Intune for endpoint configuration and device management.
• Perform VMware administration and virtualization support.
• Develop and maintain Power Shell scripts for automation and system administration.
• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 enterprise infrastructure support.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure, identity, messaging, and endpoint issues.
• Ensure system security, availability, and compliance with organizational standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement infrastructure improvements and technology upgrades.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline is preferred.

• Proven experience in Microsoft 365 administration and enterprise infrastructure support.
• Experience providing Level 2 and Level 3 technical support.
• Immediate to 30-day notice period preferred.

  Azure Administrator (AZ‑104).
• Microsoft 365 Certified:
  Enterprise Administrator Expert (MS‑102).
• Microsoft Certified:
  Endpoint Administrator (MD‑102).
• Microsoft Certified:
  Identity & Access Administrator (SC‑300).
• VMware VCP (Preferred).
• Citrix Certification (Added Advantage).

Salary

• QAR 6,000–7,000 per month
