A career opportunity is available for an experienced Senior System Administrator – Hybrid Infrastructure based onsite in Doha, Qatar. This senior-level position is suitable for infrastructure professionals with extensive hands‑on expertise across Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, VMware virtualization, on‑premises infrastructure, Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Linux, disaster recovery, infrastructure automation, containerization, and Dev Ops technologies.

The Senior System Administrator will support and manage complex hybrid infrastructure environments spanning public cloud platforms and on‑premises systems. The role requires strong technical expertise in Azure services, GCP, VMware vSphere and ESXi, Microsoft 365 technologies, enterprise operating systems, backup and disaster recovery solutions, Infrastructure as Code, automation, Kubernetes, and Docker.

• Administer and support hybrid infrastructure environments spanning Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, VMware, and on‑premises systems.
• Manage Microsoft Azure services, including Azure Active Directory, virtual machines, virtual networks, Azure Backup, and Azure Site Recovery.
• Support and maintain Google Cloud Platform environments and associated cloud infrastructure services.
• Administer VMware vSphere and ESXi virtualization platforms.
• Manage Microsoft 365 services, including Office 365, Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Intune.
• Support Microsoft SCCM for enterprise systems and endpoint management.
• Administer Windows Server and Linux environments, including Red Hat Enterprise Linux, SUSE, and Ubuntu.
• Manage Veeam and other backup and disaster recovery solutions to support business continuity requirements.
• Implement and maintain infrastructure automation using Terraform and Ansible.
• Support CI/CD and Dev Ops workflows using Azure Dev Ops, Jenkins, and Git Hub Actions.
• Manage containerized environments using Kubernetes, Azure Kubernetes Service, and Docker.
• Monitor infrastructure availability, performance, capacity, security, and reliability.
• Troubleshoot complex cloud, virtualization, operating system, network, and infrastructure issues.
• Support disaster recovery planning, testing, backup operations, and infrastructure resilience.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to maintain secure and reliable enterprise technology environments.

• Strong professional experience in system administration and hybrid infrastructure environments.
• Hands‑on expertise with Microsoft Azure, including Azure AD, virtual machines, virtual networks, Azure Backup, and Azure Site Recovery.
• Experience administering Google Cloud Platform environments.
• Strong knowledge of VMware vSphere, ESXi, and on‑premises infrastructure.
• Experience with Office 365, Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Intune, and SCCM.
• Strong administration experience across Windows Server environments.
• Practical Linux administration expertise, including RHEL, SUSE, and Ubuntu.
• Experience with Veeam or comparable disaster recovery and backup technologies.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code and automation technologies, including Terraform and Ansible.
• Experience with Azure Dev Ops, Jenkins, and Git Hub Actions.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, particularly Azure Kubernetes Service, and Docker.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and problem‑solving capabilities.
