Senior Product Designer

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer who can lead the design vision across our digital products.

In this role, you will take ownership of the user experience strategy, working closely with product managers and engineering teams to transform complex requirements into elegant and user friendly solutions. You will play a key role in shaping how our products look, feel, and perform. This is more than a design role it is a leadership position where your ideas and decisions will directly influence product direction and user satisfaction.

Design is a core part of our process. You will work alongside stakeholders who value user experience and understand its impact on business success. Your input will be part of key decision making from the beginning.

We use Figma as our primary design tool and collaborate closely with development teams working on modern frameworks such as React and Vue. Our workflow supports efficient design to development handoff.

• Design System Ownership Maintain and continuously improve our design system and component library to ensure consistency across all platforms.
• End to End Product Design Lead the design process from research and wire framing to high fidelity prototypes and final delivery to development teams.
• Team Leadership Mentor junior and mid level designers, conduct design reviews, and contribute to building a strong design culture.
• User Research and Testing Plan and conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to validate design decisions and improve product outcomes.
• Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with internal teams and clients to present design concepts and clearly communicate design decisions.

• Experience Minimum 6 years of experience in product design or UX UI design with at least 1 year in a leadership or mentoring role.
• Portfolio A strong portfolio showcasing real projects, including problem definition, design process, and measurable results.
• Technical Skills Advanced proficiency in Figma including auto layout, prototyping, and component systems. Familiarity with responsive and mobile first design principles.
• Communication Skills Strong ability to communicate ideas clearly to both technical and non technical stakeholders.
• Mindset Practical and solution oriented. Able to balance attention to detail with delivery timelines and business goals.
