Work Wavez is seeking a seasoned Manager – Network Infrastructure to lead the strategy, design, operation, and continuous improvement of enterprise network services across a complex technology environment. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring the availability, security, scalability, and performance of critical network infrastructure while driving modernization initiatives and operational excellence.

As Manager – Network Infrastructure, you will oversee the planning, implementation, governance, and lifecycle management of enterprise networking environments, including LAN, WAN, data center, security, and connectivity services. You will be responsible for developing network strategies, driving infrastructure transformation programs, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. The role requires strong expertise in enterprise architecture, network security, disaster recovery, and service management, combined with proven leadership capabilities.

Working closely with executive stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams, you will ensure the delivery of highly available and secure network services that support business growth and digital transformation initiatives. This position offers an opportunity to influence long-term technology roadmaps while leading a team of networking professionals.

• Lead the design, implementation, and management of enterprise network infrastructure across multiple locations.
• Develop and execute network architecture strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Oversee LAN, WAN, data center, cloud connectivity, and network security environments.
• Ensure high availability, resilience, and disaster recovery readiness of network services.
• Drive infrastructure modernization and network transformation initiatives.
• Establish network performance benchmarks and capacity planning frameworks.
• Monitor and improve network reliability, service quality, and operational efficiency.
• Define and manage SLA, KPI, and service delivery metrics.
• Lead incident management, root cause analysis, and problem resolution activities.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and technology partnerships.
• Provide technical governance and ensure compliance with security and operational standards.
• Lead, mentor, and develop network engineering and operations teams.
• Prepare technology roadmaps, budgets, and infrastructure investment recommendations.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field.
• Extensive experience managing enterprise network infrastructure and operations.
• Strong expertise in enterprise network architecture and design.
• Deep knowledge of LAN, WAN, data center networking, and connectivity solutions.
• Advanced understanding of routing, switching, and network security technologies.
• Experience with high-availability architectures and disaster recovery solutions.
• Strong knowledge of network performance monitoring and capacity management.
• Experience leading infrastructure transformation and modernization programs.
• Proven track record managing SLA-driven environments and service delivery frameworks.
• Strong vendor management, procurement, and stakeholder engagement experience.
• Experience leading technical teams and establishing operational governance frameworks.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.

• Experience with SD-WAN, SASE, and cloud networking technologies.
• Knowledge of Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Aruba, or Huawei enterprise platforms.
• Experience in large-scale enterprise, government, telecom, or critical infrastructure environments.
• Exposure to hybrid cloud and multi-cloud connectivity architectures.
• ITIL, COBIT, or enterprise governance framework experience.
