We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead - IT Resilience, Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery to join our Technology Operations team and play a critical role in strengthening the Bank's operational resilience, business continuity, disaster recovery readiness, and release governance capabilities.
This role is ideal for professionals with strong experience in Business Continuity Management (BCM), Disaster Recovery (DR), Operational Resilience, Technology Risk, and IT Service Management within a banking or highly regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities Business Continuity & Operational Resilience- Lead the development, maintenance, and enhancement of Business Continuity frameworks and plans.
- Conduct Business Impact Assessments (BIA) and continuity risk assessments.
- Identify critical business services, dependencies, recovery priorities, and resilience gaps.
- Drive initiatives to enhance organizational resilience and continuity readiness.
- Manage Disaster Recovery planning, testing, simulations, and recovery exercises.
- Maintain recovery documentation, runbooks, procedures, and recovery strategies.
- Coordinate recovery activities across infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, and business teams.
- Monitor recovery readiness and lead remediation initiatives to address identified gaps.
- Lead end-to-end release planning, scheduling, coordination, approval, and deployment activities.
- Ensure all releases are appropriately tested, documented, approved, and aligned with change management processes.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support regulatory reviews, audits, and compliance assessments.
- Prepare resilience, recovery, and readiness reports for senior management and governance committees.
- Ensure alignment with IT governance frameworks, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline
- 8-12 years of experience within Banking or Financial Services
- ITIL Certification (Mandatory)
- PMP, ISO 22301, CBCP, DRI or related certifications will be an advantage.
