Alftek is seeking motivated and technically skilled Network Engineers to support enterprise network implementation and infrastructure projects in Qatar. This role is ideal for networking professionals with hands‑on experience in routing, switching, commissioning, testing, and network deployment who are looking to grow their careers within a dynamic technology environment.

As a Network Engineer, you will be involved in the deployment, implementation, testing, and support of enterprise networking solutions across customer environments. You will work closely with project teams to configure network devices, validate connectivity, produce technical documentation, and support infrastructure rollout projects. The role requires solid networking fundamentals, practical implementation experience, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve deployment‑related issues.

Successful candidates will contribute to network build activities, commissioning processes, and operational readiness while ensuring projects are delivered according to quality standards and timelines.

• Configure and deploy routing and switching infrastructure.
• Perform network device commissioning and operational acceptance testing.
• Conduct connectivity validation and end‑to‑end network testing.
• Support network implementation and infrastructure deployment projects.
• Troubleshoot network issues during installation and commissioning phases.
• Prepare and maintain Low‑Level Design (LLD) documentation.
• Create and update As‑Built documentation for completed projects.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and customer teams during deployments.
• Support network migration, upgrade, and expansion activities.
• Ensure network installations meet technical and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate project records and technical documentation.
• Provide post‑implementation support and issue resolution.

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in network implementation or infrastructure projects.
• CCNA Certification (Mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of routing and switching technologies.
• Hands‑on experience configuring enterprise networking equipment.
• Experience in network device commissioning and connectivity testing.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP networking fundamentals.
• Experience producing Low‑Level Design (LLD) documents.
• Experience creating As‑Built documentation.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and within project teams.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Must currently be located in Qatar and available to join quickly.

• HCIA Certification.
• Aruba Associate Certification.
• Fortinet NSE 4 Certification.
• Experience with Wireless LAN technologies.
• Exposure to GPON network environments.
• Experience working in enterprise, telecom, or large infrastructure projects.
