Business Analyst
Experience:Utility sector experience — mandatory
Salary Range:24K QAR / Annum
KeySkills & Experience:
Business analysis, requirements engineering, process modelling, traceability, CBAP preferred, utility sector.
Experience and Qualifications- A relevant full-time degree; a Master’s degree in a computing discipline is preferred.
- Experience in IT business analysis consistent with the assigned band: 7–10 years for U4 positions and 4–7 years for U3 positions.
- Demonstrated experience in managing software and business-oriented projects in a complex environment within the Utilities industry.
- Experience with requirements management tooling and traceability practice in an enterprise environment.
- Demonstrated experience working within an onsite / offshore delivery model and coordinating across time zones.
- Formal business analysis certification such as CBAP is preferred; CCBA or PMI-PBA are acceptable equivalents.
- Agile analysis certification (IIBA-AAC, CSPO) is desirable for the hybrid-agile delivery model.
- Domain certification relevant to the assigned utility business area is an advantage.
