Job Description

• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closing of assigned projects.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and project documentation.
• Coordinate project activities across cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones and objectives.
• Monitor project scope, schedule, quality, and risks, and implement corrective actions when required.
• Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and status review sessions with internal and external stakeholders.
• Track project progress and prepare regular status reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and stakeholders.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards, business requirements, and customer expectations.
• Collaborate with business units, vendors, consultants, and technical teams to resolve issues and remove project roadblocks.
• Support procurement, contract management, and vendor coordination activities when applicable.
• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and ensure alignment with project objectives and organizational priorities.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure timely escalation of critical issues and decisions.
• Mentor junior team members and promote collaboration, accountability, and high-performance project delivery

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 4-7 years of relevant experience in project management, project coordination, or PMO environments.
• Proven experience managing medium-scale projects and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement and executive-level reporting.
• Demonstrated experience in risk management, issue resolution, and project governance.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum Master, or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
