IT Business Analyst & QA Analyst

Job Title

We are looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst & QA Analyst to join a leading financial services organization. The ideal candidate will be a bilingual (Arabic & English) IT professional with strong expertise in Business Analysis, Quality Assurance, and Banking applications. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, development teams, vendors, and project management teams to gather business requirements, prepare functional documentation, manage testing activities, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality IT solutions.

• Business Analysis Gather, analyze, validate, and document business and system requirements.
• Translate business requirements into Functional and Non-Functional Specifications.
• Conduct process mapping, impact analysis, and gap analysis.
• Prepare documentation including SOW, BRD, FRD, SRS, FRS, User Stories, Functional Specifications, and Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM).
• Collaborate with business users, developers, vendors, and project teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Quality Assurance & Testing Plan, coordinate, and execute System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Prepare Test Plans, Test Cases, Test Scenarios, UAT Packs, and Test Evidence.
• Perform positive, negative, regression, and edge-case testing.
• Track defects, coordinate defect resolution, validate fixes, and support release readiness.
• Maintain audit-ready testing documentation and quality records.
• Documentation & Reporting Prepare release notes, SOPs, user manuals, knowledge base articles, policies, procedures, and technical documentation.
• Maintain RAID logs, dashboards, progress reports, meeting minutes, and MIS reports.
• Deliver professional communication and executive-level reporting in both Arabic and English.
• Governance & Compliance Ensure adherence to SDLC, Change Management, IT Governance, and Documentation Standards.
• Support Information Security controls and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors, monitor SLAs, perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Escalate project risks and critical issues when required.

• Education Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or an equivalent discipline.
• Experience Minimum 5 years of relevant IT experience.
• At least 2–4 years of experience in application development, configuration, implementation, or system support.
• Banking or Financial Services experience is highly preferred.
