Lead RHEL

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage Day-2 RHEL operations across multiple enterprise environments.
• Perform patch management, system performance tuning, kernel configuration, and health monitoring.
• Manage RHEL domain integration, RBAC, SSH key management, and Active Directory integration.
• Implement Linux security hardening using CIS Benchmarks and DISA STIGs.
• Support vulnerability management, SIEM/ELK log auditing, and compliance initiatives.
• Develop automation using Ansible and Bash scripting.
• Coordinate with infrastructure, security, application, and vendor teams to ensure high availability and operational excellence.
• Support enterprise backup, disaster recovery, and high-availability solutions.

• 5–7 years of hands‑on experience administering enterprise RHEL environments.
• Strong expertise in RHEL deployment, lifecycle management, LVM, SAN/NAS storage, and performance optimization.
• Hands‑on experience with Ansible and Bash scripting.
• Knowledge of enterprise networking (VLANs, Bonding, Routing), Active Directory/LDAP integration, and Linux security best practices.
• Familiarity with enterprise applications, virtualization, ETL/Data Virtualization platforms, and distributed data engines.
• Understanding of security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, and CIS Benchmarks.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
