Qatar Airways Cargo is seeking a skilled Digital Product Specialist to join its Customer Experience team in Doha. This role focuses on envisioning, developing, and managing Salesforce-based digital products that enhance customer experience and operational excellence across the cargo value chain. The position offers an opportunity to work on transformative digital initiatives for the world's largest air cargo carrier, driving innovation in freight digitalization and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and manage Salesforce-based digital solutions to improve cargo customer experience and business operations.
  • Conduct process analysis, workshops, and requirement gathering sessions with business units to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Translate user feedback and operational needs into business requirements, functional specifications, and use cases.
  • Support roadmap planning, phased implementation, and enhancement of digital products in coordination with internal stakeholders.
  • Configure Salesforce to meet business objectives and ensure scalable, agile, and user-focused solutions.
  • Perform user acceptance testing, ensure quality releases, and monitor system performance post-deployment.
  • Analyze and report on customer experience trends, competitor insights, and digital engagement metrics.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Network Planning teams to align technology with customer-centric strategies.
  • Act as Product Owner for assigned Salesforce modules, managing product life cycles from concept to go-live.
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with at least 5 years of experience in logistics, cargo, or transportation digital environments.
  • Proven knowledge of Salesforce platform configuration and customization.
  • Strong background in business analysis, process mapping, and customer experience improvement.
  • Familiarity with digital product management, agile methodology, and project delivery cycles.
  • Proficient in preparing analytical reports and executive-level presentations.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills across cross-functional teams.
  • Project management certification or experience is an advantage.
