The WorkAs an Experience Transformation Senior Manager, you will lead customer-centric transformation initiatives that improve customer engagement, brand experience, and business performance.
- Defining customer experience transformation strategies
- Leading end-to-end customer journey redesign initiatives
- Driving digital marketing and personalization programs
- Facilitating customer insight and service design workshops
- Managing complex client engagements and delivery teams
- Identifying opportunities for business growth and innovation
- Collaborating with strategy, technology, and data teams
- Leading executive-level stakeholder discussions
- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years of experience in customer experience, marketing transformation, consulting, or digital strategy
- Experience leading customer journey and experience transformation projects
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams
- Experience with CRM, Adobe, Salesforce, or marketing technology platforms
- Design Thinking certification
- Experience with in consulting organizations
