Senior Information Technology Manager

Responsible for managing and overseeing IT functions, services, operations, resources, and initiatives to ensure effective delivery of technology services aligned with organizational objectives. The role may cover IT service management, infrastructure, operations, applications, cybersecurity, or other IT functions depending on the assignment.

• Manage and oversee assigned IT functions, services, projects, or operational activities.
• Develop and implement IT strategies, plans, processes, and service improvements.
• Lead IT teams and coordinate internal and external resources.
• Manage IT service delivery, performance, availability, and operational efficiency.
• Establish and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and service performance.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, vendors, and technology partners.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, standards, and applicable regulations.
• Support budgeting, resource planning, and technology planning.
• Provide management reporting, recommendations, and technical advice.

Relevant professional certifications such as ITIL, PMP, PRINCE2, COBIT, CISSP, or equivalent certifications may be required

depending on the assignment.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Master's Degree or equivalent depth of knowledge of a technical field
