Nair Systems is currently looking for Senior Microsoft Dynamics CRM Administrator for our Qatar operations
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- At least 6 years of hands-on experience administering Microsoft Dynamics CRM or Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement On-Premises.
- Strong knowledge of Dynamics CRM architecture, deployment, administration, security, and troubleshooting.
- Hands-on development experience with C#, . NET Framework, Java Script, Web APIs, SQL Server, and SSRS.
- Demonstrated experience with CRM customizations, plugins, workflows, integrations, and solution deployment.
- Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Dynamics CRM 2016 and Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement On-Premises.
- Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, ADFS, claims-based authentication, and single sign-on.
- Experience integrating Dynamics CRM with ERP, banking, or other enterprise applications.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform and Azure integration services.
- Relevant Microsoft Dynamics or Power Platform certifications are preferred.
- Experience supporting business-critical, highly available enterprise environments.
