- Manage the complete IT change-management process.
- Receive, record and categorize Requests for Change.
- Conduct change impact and risk assessments using CMDB information.
- Determine the appropriate level of technical and management scrutiny.
- Chair weekly Change Advisory Board meetings.
- Convene Emergency CAB meetings when required.
- Maintain the Forward Schedule of Change and change-freeze periods.
- Ensure rollback plans, security assessments and post-implementation reviews are completed.
- Monitor change KPIs and continuously improve the change process.
- Degree/Diploma in IT or Engineering.
- ITIL Expert / ITIL Managing Professional, particularly change enablement.
- Minimum 8 years of IT Service Management experience.
- Proven ownership of change management in a 24/7 environment.
- Strong knowledge of CMDB, change governance and risk assessment.
- Strong communication, facilitation and CAB-chairing skills.
- Must comply with airport HSE, cybersecurity and security-pass requirements.
