IT Support Analyst
Location: Qatar
Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced IT Support Analyst to provide day-to-day technical support for users, applications, devices, and IT services. The role involves troubleshooting technical issues, resolving incidents and service requests, supporting end users, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems.
Key Responsibilities- Provide first and second-level technical support to end users.
- Log, investigate, and resolve incidents and service requests.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and application issues.
- Support user accounts, devices, and software-related requests.
- Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate support teams.
- Assist with device deployments, software installations, and upgrades.
- Maintain accurate service records, documentation, and knowledge articles.
- Follow IT service management processes and procedures.
- Deliver professional and timely support to end users.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure effective issue resolution.
- Technical troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Service desk and incident management.
- Hardware, software, networking, and application support.
- Customer service and user support.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Documentation and record management.
- Attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in IT support, service desk, or technical support roles.
- Experience supporting end-user devices, applications, and IT services.
- Knowledge of incident management and IT service management processes.
- ITIL Foundation, CompTIA A+, Microsoft, or other relevant technical certifications are preferred.
