- Manage preventive and corrective maintenance across Network & Infrastructure systems.
- Oversee Network L2/L3, NOC, Netka, cable-management/CMS drawings, IPTV and clock systems.
- Lead technical specialists and maintain certified resource coverage.
- Own Level-3 technical support and manage OEM technical escalations.
- Approve SOPs, method statements and preventive-maintenance schedules.
- Provide technical input for infrastructure-related changes.
- Support root-cause analysis and resolution of recurring and major incidents.
- Monitor discipline performance and report to the Service Delivery Manager.
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering/IT.
- Certifications relating to core systems such as Aruba/HPE, Cisco and NMS.
- ITIL Foundation.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant hands-on experience in large enterprise or airport environments.
- Previous team leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of network/infrastructure systems, troubleshooting and OEM management.
- Leadership and mentoring capability.
- Must meet airport security, HSE and cybersecurity requirements.
