Position: SAP Technical Lead - Power, Digital & Infrastructure

Location: Doha, Qatar
We are seeking an experienced SAP Technical Lead with strong expertise in SAP technical architecture, integration, development, and digital transformation across Power, Energy, Infrastructure, Construction, and EPC environments
. The role will lead SAP technical solutions, integrations, enhancements, and system performance in alignment with business and project requirements.
- 10-15+ years of SAP technical experience, preferably with a large contractor, EPC, or infrastructure organization.
- Strong experience with SAP S/4
HANA and/or ECC technical environments. - Proven expertise in ABAP, Fiori/UI5, SAP BTP, APIs, and system integrations
. - Strong knowledge of SAP technical architecture, integration, security, performance, and system administration
. - Experience with SAP implementation, migration, upgrades, rollouts, and technical support
. - Strong experience integrating SAP with third-party, enterprise, cloud, and digital platforms
. - Experience coordinating SAP vendors, consultants, developers, and technical teams
. - Power / Energy / Infrastructure / Construction / EPC experience is an advantage.
- Lead SAP technical architecture, development, integration, and support
. - Manage S/4
HANA/ECC technical solutions, ABAP, Fiori/UI5, and SAP BTP
. - Design and manage APIs, interfaces, integrations, and middleware solutions
. - Lead SAP system upgrades, migrations, enhancements, and technical implementations
. - Ensure SAP performance, availability, security, scalability, and reliability
. - Coordinate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
. - Review technical designs, development standards, integrations, and solution architecture.
- Manage technical issues, root-cause analysis, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
. - Coordinate with internal IT teams, vendors, consultants, and business stakeholders
. - Ensure compliance with SAP standards, security policies, governance, and documentation requirements
. - Support digital transformation initiatives across Power, Infrastructure, Construction, and EPC operations
.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
. - Strong expertise in SAP S/4
HANA/ECC technical architecture
. - Proficiency in ABAP, Fiori/UI5, SAP BTP, APIs, and integration technologies
. - Knowledge of SAP Basis, databases, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, and system performance
. - Strong technical leadership, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
. - SAP certifications are an advantage.
