Digital Performance Web Optimization Specialist (Qatar-based, Onsite)

Publicis Media | Al Mana is looking for an experienced Digital Performance & Web Optimization Specialist to join us on a 9-12 month embedded assignment with a key client in Doha, Qatar.

Role Overview:
The selected candidate will be based onsite with the client, working closely with their marketing, media, and IT teams to enhance website performance, optimize user tracking, and improve campaign measurement.

• Implementing and optimizing Google Tag Manager for accurate tracking
• Collaborating with UX and IT teams to restructure URL architecture and improve SEO
• Conducting conversion audits and delivering actionable insights
• Ensuring proper integration with GA4 and other analytics platforms
• Supporting audience segmentation and campaign performance analysis
• Acting as a strategic link between internal teams and agency partners

• Strong experience with GA4, GTM, CRO, SEO, and web analytics tools
• Solid understanding of tag management, performance tracking, and reporting
• Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and marketing stakeholders
• Currently based in Qatar
