Associate - IT Project Coordination

Job Description

The Project Coordinator provides comprehensive support to project delivery activities by assisting senior project managers in planning, tracking, reporting, and execution of projects. The role ensures adherence to agreed scope, timelines, quality standards, and governance processes while managing assigned small‑scale projects independently.

• Quality Assurance test experience in the past:
  Familiar with Test scripts preparation and executing Testing, raising Bugs and reporting to Vendor for fixing
• Being able to write procedures, prepare Training materials for a new system
• Training experience
• High-level knowledge of Demand Management, resource and capacity planning process
• Preparing Management regular reports
• Strong Excel skills, fluency with basic formulas, being able to build Pivots
• Preparing executive summaries, presentations/status reports and management Dashboards
• Ensure all project-related documents (plans, status reports, and logs. Etc.) are accurately prepared, updated, and maintained.
• Assist senior project managers for day-to-day activities
• Manage small sized Projects
• Contribute to process improvements and standardization efforts within the Projects Department.

Desired Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related discipline

Language Requirement: English (
Filipino is preferred)
