You will be a part of the HR Strategy, Transformation & Digital function, based in Doha, Qatar and supporting recently established HRBI team that is tasked with an exciting mission.

Your mission?

• Supercharge HR decision-making with creating and maintaining insightful dashboards and deep-dive analytics.
• Collaborate internally and externally to centralize HR data across all business functions and over a variety of robust HR systems into our Data Warehouse.
• Work with massive datasets to uncover trends in hiring, attrition, mobility and more.
• Shape the future of People Analytics, integrating AI-driven insights, forecasting and automation.
• Be a trusted advisor to our stakeholders, delivering insights that have the potential to influence major workforce strategies.

• Your work will be seen by 500+ colleagues (and growing), including our leadership. That's right - the C-suite will rely on YOUR insights.
• You'll build and improve real-time dashboards, used to make an impact that matters.

• You have Bachelor's Degree (or higher) oriented towards Mathematics, Statistics, Computer/Data Science, Engineering or Economics.
• You have a minimum of 4 years of job-related experience, with large-scale, complex datasets and an emphasis on data visualization, reporting and analytics.
• You are proficient in SQL - able to write, read, optimize and execute queries to extract, transform, join, analyze and automate data.
• You have strong knowledge and experience with data visualization tools (MS Power BI, Tableau) and productivity tools (MS Excel Power Queries).
