Job Title: Commercial Cards Implementation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Cards Implementation Specialist with direct, hands-on experience in VCP to support a strategic commercial cards implementation program. This is a specialist role requiring a candidate who already understands the VCP product, commercial card ecosystem, and associated implementation lifecycle. The expectation is for the resource to become productive immediately, working directly with business, product, and technology stakeholders without requiring significant functional or product ramp-up.

• Function as the VCP functional and implementation SME, providing hands-on support across the implementation lifecycle.
• Translate business and client requirements into functional requirements, product configurations, and implementation activities.
• Support end-to-end implementation of commercial/corporate card products, covering product setup, card issuance, and lifecycle management.
• Work closely with business, product, technology, operations, processors, and scheme stakeholders to coordinate implementation activities.
• Support BIN setup/configuration, card product setup, scheme connectivity, and associated implementation dependencies.
• Understand and validate end-to-end card transaction flows across authorization, clearing, and settlement.
• Lead/support functional testing, UAT, defect resolution, production readiness, and go-live activities.
• Assess implementation issues and dependencies and coordinate resolution across relevant stakeholder groups.
• Support the translation of commercial card business requirements into actionable technology and operational requirements.
• Provide functional guidance to client teams based on prior hands-on VCP implementation experience, minimizing dependency on additional functional SMEs.
• Support implementation governance including risks, issues, dependencies, milestones, and stakeholder reporting.
• Coordinate post-launch stabilization and resolution of implementation-related issues.

• Direct, hands-on experience working with VCP is mandatory.
• Demonstrable experience implementing or supporting commercial/corporate card programs.
• Strong understanding of commercial cards from both a functional and implementation perspective.
• Experience across card product setup, BIN-related activities, issuance, and card lifecycle processes.
• Experience working across the card transaction lifecycle including authorization, clearing, and settlement.
• Hands-on experience with UAT/testing, defect resolution, implementation readiness, and go-live support.
• The ability to independently engage business and technology teams and translate requirements between the two.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across banks, payment networks, processors, technology teams, and/or third-party vendors.
• The candidate should specifically demonstrate BIN migration, issuance, ISO 8583, authorization/clearing/settlement, scheme certification, testing and implementation governance experience, commercial cards product management, card transformation, scheme migration, UAT, corporate-card BIN work and Commercial File integration experience.

• Strong knowledge of commercial/corporate card products and B2B payment use cases.
• The ability to operate independently in a client-facing implementation environment.
• Experience delivering complex card transformation or migration programs.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• Previous experience within Banking, Digital Payment & Card solutions, or the Fin Tech industry.
• Regional experience, including working in a faced-paced matrix organisation.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written, verbal, and presentation);
  Arabic preferred.

• The ability to analyse data, troubleshoot payment issues, optimise processes, and make data-driven decisions.
• Good understanding of payment systems, digital platforms, system workflows, security basics, and industry technologies.
• An understanding of regional regulations across financial services or payment networks.
