IT Support​/Help Desk​/Desktop Support Engineer

We are currently looking for IT Support / Help Desk / Desktop Support Engineer for our Qatar operations

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 4 years of experience in IT Help Desk, Service Desk, or Desktop Support roles.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments.
• Knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft Intune.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi).
• Experience with Windows 11 administration and troubleshooting.

Technical Skills

• Endpoint Patching & Updates
• Network and Wi-Fi Troubleshooting
• Backup Monitoring and Recovery

Language Requirements

• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Microsoft Defender and security best practices.
• Experience with access control systems and card management solutions.
• Experience with ticketing systems and SLA-driven support environments.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple support requests.
• Team-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Strong documentation and organizational skills.

Experience Level: Mid-Level (4-6 years)

Arabic & English (Mandatory)
