A little taste of your day-to-dayEvery day is different,but you’ll mostly be:
- Managing the day-to-day operation of all hotel technology systems, networks, hardware, and software.
- Assisting with the pre-opening setup, installation, testing, and commissioning of IT infrastructure and systems.
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting for hotel colleagues and departments.
- Monitoring system performance and ensuring minimal downtime across hotel operations.
- Supporting cybersecurity, data protection, and compliance with corporate IT policies and standards.
- Managing user accounts, system access, and IT asset inventories.
- Assisting with vendor coordination, system upgrades, and maintenance activities.
- Supporting hotel systems including PMS, POS, IPTV, telephony, Wi-Fi, and back-office applications.
- Maintaining accurate IT documentation, records, and backup procedures.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of technology solutions that improve operational efficiency and guest satisfaction
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant IT experience, including experience in an IT supervisory or specialist role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Knowledge of networking, server administration, cybersecurity, and IT support services.
- Experience with hotel systems such as PMS, POS, and other hospitality applications is an advantage.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
