We are looking for a Senior D365 F&O Consultant who thrives at the intersection of business strategy and system capabilities. If you have a deep background in Finance & PMA and prefer driving business transformation over pure coding, we want to talk to you.
This is a high-impact, business-facing role where your consulting expertise takes center stage.
Mandatory Client-side experience, preferably in GCC.
The Role:
Functional Expertise:
Lead end-to-end D365 implementations with a heavy focus on Finance and PMA modules.
Architectural Vision:
While you won't be writing code daily, you must understand X++ enough to design high-level technical solutions and delegate to the development team.
Business Partnering:
Act as the bridge between stakeholder needs and system functionality while conducting workshops, fit-gap analysis, and functional design.
Ownership:
We don't micro-manage. We need a "Go-Getter" who owns the project lifecycle from discovery to go-live.
What We’re Looking For:
The Expert:
Degree in Financial Management + extensive Senior-level experience in D365 Finance & SCM. The Architect: A techno-functional mindset with a proven track record of full-cycle implementations. Local Insight:
Based in (or willing to relocate to) Doha, Qatar. A valid Qatar driving license is highly preferred.

- Arabic and English working proficiency.
- Experience with Microsoft business applications or service platforms.

- Role-focused conversation and practical scenario review.
- Final discussion on fit, availability, and next steps.
