Job Title:
Senior Digital Banking Manager
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of digital banking platforms, including mobile applications, online portals, middleware, and core banking integrations.
- Drive high-impact digital banking projects from inception to launch, managing technical roadmaps, milestones, risks, dependencies, and delivery requirements.
- Manage third-party Fin Tech vendors and integrations, ensuring platform performance, scalability, security, and adherence to agreed service levels.
- Coordinate with regulatory and compliance stakeholders to ensure digital banking solutions meet Qatar Central Bank requirements, cybersecurity, data residency, AML/KYC, and consumer protection standards.
Required:
- 7+ years of experience in digital banking, platform development, or technical project management, with proven experience launching a major digital banking, neobanking, or mobile platform from the ground up.
- Hands-on regulatory coordination experience.
Education
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong technical knowledge of core banking APIs
- Microservices
Languages: Arabic (mandatory), English (strong advantage)
