Senior Broadcast & Headend Operations Engineer

Responsible for leading the technical operation, support, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and service continuity of the broadcast and IPTV/OTT headend environment.
Requirements:- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Broadcast, IPTV/OTT, Headend, or similar operational environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with broadcast/headend operations, encoding & transcoding platforms
. - Experience with RF, satellite, IRDs, DVB-S/S2, L-band, RF fiber, and RF distribution systems
. - Strong knowledge of MPEG-TS, DVB, SDI, IP video, multicast, and streaming technologies
. - Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting skills, including services, logs, storage, networking, and system health.
- Strong knowledge of IP networking
, including TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching, multicast, QoS, DNS, DHCP, and NTP. - Experience with NMS/monitoring platforms
, incident management, fault isolation, and root-cause analysis. - Experience with platforms such as Ateme TITAN, Evertz, Wisi Tangram, and Synamedia is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a shift-based / 24×7 operational support environment
