We're looking for a Service Now Technical Consultant – HSE to help design and support Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) solutions on the Service Now platform. In this role, you'll work closely with business and technical teams to automate safety processes, manage incidents and risks, and improve compliance and operational efficiency.
What You'll Do- Support the implementation and configuration of Service Now HSE applications
- Configure Incident Management, Hazard Reporting, Risk Assessments, Audits, and Corrective Actions
- Collaborate with HSE, HR, operations, and compliance teams to gather and translate business requirements
- Build and enhance workflows using Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Service Now best practices
- Support integrations with HSE, HR, risk, and enterprise systems
- Maintain data quality, governance standards, and platform performance
- Assist in improving reporting, visibility, and overall user experience
- Stay current with Service Now platform updates and new capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- 1-5 years of Service Now implementation or support experience
- Understanding of HSE processes, incident management, risk assessments, and compliance workflows
- Experience configuring Service Now HSE, Risk, or Compliance applications
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Service Now certifications such as CSA, CIS-Risk & Compliance, or CIS-ESM
- Experience integrating Service Now with enterprise applications and third-party platforms
- Exposure to Employee Workflows or Service Portal configurations
- Knowledge of EHS systems, enterprise risk management, or compliance solutions
- Experience working within large enterprise or government environments
