Techno Q is seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Product Specialist - Oracle Net Suite (Finance, ERP & CRM Systems) to join our Business Solutions division. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the implementation, configuration, customization, and optimization of Oracle Net Suite for our clients, with a strong focus on Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Inventory, and CRM module with knowledge of project management.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in full-cycle Oracle Net Suite implementation projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, go-live, and user training.
- Analyze and document client business processes across Finance, Procurement, Inventory, and CRM to design effective Net Suite-based solutions.
- Configure core Net Suite modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Banking, Procurement, Inventory Management, and CRM (Sales & Customer Service).
- Implement multi-subsidiary, multi-currency, and consolidation structures.
- Assist with data migration, master data setup, and ensure smooth cutover during project transitions.
- Perform daily system administration including roles, permissions, and workflows.
- Design and maintain Suite Analytics workbooks, dashboards, and KPIs to support business insights.
- Develop custom workflows, scripts (Suite Script 1.0/2.x), custom records, fields, and forms to automate and enhance system functionality.
- Collaborate with internal developers for integrations with third-party platforms such as PMS, POS, HRMS, and external applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional or technical issues ensuring smooth operation of the system.
- Stay current with Net Suite product releases, new features, and Suite Apps, implementing relevant updates and optimizations.
- Conduct system demonstrations, end-user training, and post-implementation support.
- Act as a functional and technical advisor, promoting Net Suite best practices.
- Coordinate with project managers and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of milestones.
- Should be able to travel to client sites within Qatar and abroad when required for project implementation, training, or support purposes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, or Information Systems.
- 4-7 years of experience in Oracle Net Suite implementation, configuration, or support.
- Strong functional understanding of Finance, Procurement, Inventory, and CRM modules.
- Proficiency in Suite Script (1.0/2.x), Suite Flow (Workflows), Suite Analytics, and Saved Searches.
- Experience in other Net Suite modules and Suite Apps (such as Fixed Assets, Advanced Financials, or industry-specific extensions) will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with API-based integrations and data import/export processes.
- Knowledge or prior experience with Infor Sun Systems is an added advantage.
- Net Suite certifications (ERP Consultant, Administrator, or Suite Foundation) preferred.
