Key ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee all IT delivery work streams under Project WAHED Govern enterprise applications integrations data migration reporting and technology dependencies Coordinate delivery across MATAR QR IT business stakeholders implementation partners and vendors Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture cybersecurity and operational standards Manage program scope schedule budget risks issues and cross-functional dependencies Oversee integration delivery testing cutover planning data readiness and go-live execution Drive governance forums steering committees decision-making and issue resolution Monitor vendor SI performance and provide executive reporting on progress risks budget and business outcomes
