Experience: 5+ years in a similar AI Engineering / AI Governance role
Role OverviewWe are looking for an AI Governance Lead with a strong hands-on background in AI/GenAI/LLM engineering combined with practical experience in AI governance, risk, and controls
.
The ideal candidate must have actually built, tested, evaluated, and deployed AI solutions
. Candidates whose experience is limited to AI policy, compliance, or governance without hands-on AI engineering experience will not be considered.
- Build, test, evaluate, and deploy AI/GenAI/LLM solutions.
- Develop and implement AI governance, risk, and control frameworks.
- Translate business requirements into practical AI solutions.
- Work with technical, business, risk, and governance teams.
- 5+ years of relevant AI Engineering / AI Governance experience.
- Proven AI solution testing, evaluation, and deployment experience.
- Practical AI Governance and Risk/Controls experience.
- Experience in government or large institutions; GCC experience preferred.
