We’re looking for an experienced Applications Analyst (Robotic Process Automation) to drive automation across banking operations.
About the Role:In this role you will be responsible for the full RPA lifecycle from development to production support and business analysis. You’ll work closely with business teams to identify automation opportunities and turn them into reliable, scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Meet with business teams to gather requirements for new use cases and assess automation feasibility.
- Enhance and optimize existing RPA processes.
- Own the complete software development lifecycle for new automation projects.
- Integrate new business requirements into processes already in production.
- Provide RPA production support and resolve bugs.
Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience in Chatbot development and Blue Prism is highly preferred.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in the banking domain.
