Oracle Functional Analyst
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst – Oracle Primavera Unifier to support a major project management engagement in Qatar.
Conduct business requirements workshops with project, finance, procurement, and contracts stakeholders.
Analyze current-state processes and design optimized workflows aligned with Oracle Primavera Unifier.
Prepare BRDs, Functional Design Documents (FDDs), and Business Process (BP) specifications.
Configure and define requirements for shells, cost sheets, funding, cash flow, WBS, and CBS structures.
Support FIDIC-based contract processes, including variations, claims, payment certificates, retention, and advance payments.
Define dashboards, reports, KPIs, and integration requirements with Primavera P6, ERP, and document management systems.
Lead UAT preparation, test execution, defect tracking, and business sign-off.
Validate Arabic forms, labels, reports, and user-facing content.
- 7+ years of Business Analysis experience.
- 4+ years of hands-on Oracle Primavera Unifier functional experience.
- Experience with at least one full Unifier implementation lifecycle.
- Strong knowledge of Business Processes (BPs), shells, cost sheets, funding, cash flow, and Accelerator configuration.
- Understanding of capital project controls, budgeting, cost management, and Earned Value Management (EVM).
- Experience with FIDIC contracts in construction or infrastructure projects.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English, written and spoken.
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline.
